摘      要:正 This paper deals with the improvement and implementation of parallel tridiagonal solvers for simulating the NRL Layered Ocean Model (NLOM). Based on the Parallel Diagonal Dominant (PDD) algorithm, an efficient and scalable tridiagonal solver, the computational performance of the NLOM is obviously improved, particularly for the case of large number of processors. The tridiagonal solvers of the Burn at Both Sides (BABE), the PDD, and the hybrid method, a combination of the BABE and the PDD, are considered on the numerical experiments.
