摘      要：正Up to date,allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（allo-HSCT） for HLA-identical sibling donor is still an ideal treatment option for hematopoieitic malignanicies and bone marrow failure syndrome,but only 30%of these patients have suitable family donor（s）.To patients without suitable family donor,HLA-matched unrelated donor hematopoietic stem cells are the better resources for *** established from 1992, China Marrow Donor Program（CMDP） grows rapidly. Up to the end of last month,There are 1.2 million HLA data available,and over 2000 volunteers have donated their stem cell to the *** this study,we anlysized the follow-up data of 1483 cases of unrelated HSCT provided by CDMP,from Sep.2000 to Sep.2010,and reported as follows.
