摘      要:正Objective To quantitively assess the mental health and analyze their influential factors in new recruits to provide scientific baseline for mental health education and psychological training. Methods the mental health and emotion factors in 1077 army recruits were assessed by SCL-90 and TMMS and the factor score of SCL-90 were compared to army man norm and civilians’ norm. Results every factor score of SCL-90 was higher than civilians’ norm (P 0.01), but only three factors score were significantly different with army man norm (P0.01 or P 0.05). The total score of SCL-90 was negatively relative to that of TMMS and its factors (P0.01). Meanwhile, some factors score of SCL-90 were affected significantly by the recruits’ growth environment, education, the relationship of their parents and whether singleton or not. Conclusion In general, the mental health of army recruits, which were analyzed in this study, was normal, although there were some negative syndromes in SCL-90. The results of this study suggest that mental health education and psychological training for army recruits need take the effects of parents relationship and other factors into account and mental health worker need make some plan to improve the ability of emotion cognition and control which are close related to recruits’ mental health.
