摘 要:Introduction:Our previous study indicated anα-catenin-related protein,catenin alpha-like 1(CTNNAL1)was downregulated in asthma patients and animal ***1 was increased on wound edges of human bronchial epithelial cell(HBEC),which indicating that it might involve in maintaining the airway integrity of ***:To explore effects of CTNNAL1 on the airway integrity of ***:Overexpression and silenced-plasmid were constructed and transfected into *** efficiency of recombinant plasmid was identified by q PCR and flow cytometry(FCM).Cell cycle and the mean fluorescence intensity of Ed U were detected by *** matrix adhesion rate of HBEC on rat-tail collagen was detected by *** adhesion molecules(E-cadherin,Integrinβ1 and Integrinβ4)were observed by q ***:CTNNAL1 was increased(189.7%)and decreased(80%)in recombinant plasmid transfected ***1 increased(G2+G1)/G1(33.64%)and the mean fluorescence intensity of Ed U(43.35%).CTNNAL1 promoted the rate of the matrix adhesion with HBEC(11.26%)and inhibited the decline extent under the stress of ozone from 13.03%to 4.40%.The expression of E-cadherin,Integrinβ1 and Integrinβ4 were increased(114.85%,64.91%and 77.77%)and the declining extent induced by ozone could be weakened from 20.08%,40.61%and 16.88%to 1.83%,15.62%and13.45%.Discussion:CTNNAL1 could promote the matrix adhesion of HBECs and increase the expression of structural adhesion ***1 could alleviate ozone-induced injury in the airway integrity of HBEC.
