摘 要：正The full speed development of the information technology impels the construction to march towards informationization. Business Processes Re-engineering （BPR） is an important way of improvement for management. It is the inexorable trend to implement the Business Processes Re-engineering in enterprise’s information-based management. The informationization and Business Processes Re-engineering are conditional and they complement each other. There are many information-based risks in implementing BPR. The relationship of enterprise’s informationization and Business Processes Re-engineering are discussed in this text. The implements method of Business Processes Re-engineering based on information technology is put forward after analyzing to the competition of construction enterprise. The information-based risks in implementing BPR is fully estimated and appraised. The countermeasure of evading risk in implementing is provided. This article will contribute to promoting construction business administration towards informationization, modernization and scientific process.
