摘      要:Neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)may lead to an increased risk for brain *** present study aims to investigate the effects of neonatal BPD on neuron apoptosis in hippocampus and cognitive function and explore the underlying *** results showed that pups of BPD model had more apoptosis cells in the hippocampus and longer escape latency in the Morris maze *** Caspase dependent and Caspase nondependent signal pathways were *** examinations showed an elevated p53 level by BPD via HIF-la *** Caspase-3 in the hippocampus was suppressed by both HIF-la and p53 *** findings suggested that neonatal BPD caused impaired cognitive function and neuron apoptosis in hippocampus via p53 and HIF-lα.Although the precise mechanism needs further investigation, this study provided a new evidence of impaired CNS developmental outcomes of BPD.
