摘 要：正A new master recorder with UV Ar laser（λ=351.1） has been developed to study high density optical recording for future optical video disc system,in combination with high resolution photoresist *** CNR of 63 dB was demonstrated in 4-times density recording using a read-out optical system with He-Cd laser（λ=441.6nm）.
