摘 要：正 Objective:To summarize the experience of the cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）technique appliedin non-cardiac ***:25 patients of non-cardiovascular disease,including 20 cases of Budd-Chiari Syndrom,2 cases of large inferior vena cava thrombi from renal cell carcinoma,2 cases of tra-cheal carcinoma and 1 case of intracranial basialis aneurysm were operated using the extracorporeal cir-culation（ECC）.Different ways of cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）were adopted as follow:10 caseswere supported by hypothermia and low flow perfusion,13 cases by deep hypothermia and circulationarrest（DHCA）and 2 cases by vena-vena bypass in normothermia ***:The CPB peri-ods were ranged from 98 to 231（average:145.8±35.54）*** DHCA periods were about21-54（average 34.23±10.99）*** lowest nasopharynx temperature was 14.3-20.0(aver-
