摘 要:Although rarely considered in mainstream political science and foreign policy literatures,multilateral initiatives in education,as well as the use of education as a foreign policy tool by states, has a long *** 1945,most major multilateral institutions have included education in their agendas for action including World Bank,UNICEF,UNESCO,and the World Trade *** the same time,domestic educational systems have developed with increasing amounts of interaction and influence from international ***’ use of education to support foreign policy objectives,in the areas of trade and diplomacy,has flourished.
