摘      要：AIM By studing the change of LDH leakage, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD, we investigate the protective effect of phenolic alkaloids of menispemum dauricum (PAMD) on cardiomyocytes injured by hypoxia and reoxygenation (H/R). METHODS Cultured cardiomyocytes were divided into five groups: H/R model group;diltiazem pretreatment group with diltiazem 10 μmol·L and PAMD pretreatment groups with PAMD 1, 10, 100μmol·L.
