摘 要:正 Over the past many years, recognizing the importance of e-Business for the survival of off-line business, they have set their own e-Business strategies, while putting them into practice. However, most of them have usually imitated the examples of other companies, or depended on only their own homepage. In fact, in order to introduce e-Business successfully, both success and failure factors should be thoroughly and systematically analyzed, thus establishing its own strategy based on this *** this end, this paper has put an emphasis on studying the e-Business models based on transaction features, analyzing the typical cases of ship’s stores business. And also, to suggest the success factors of e-Business model, this paper has analyzed the current situation of ship’s stores transactions between shipping companies and ship’s stores supplier, while pointing out the important tasks to be done for improvement.
