摘 要:With the incremental thermal field theory by Lee and Yong,we have truncated equations for the analysis of thickness-shear vibrations of SC-cut crystal *** assuming straight-crested waves in a rectangular plate,we obtained the frequency-temperature relations of the thickness-shear mode to study the effect of plate configurations as well as the electrodes for the properties of quartz crystal *** before,such results will be useful in the accurate design and improvement of resonator structures.
