摘      要:正Objective The neurons and glial cells of the distal hindgut during embryonic development are derived from two levels of neural crest:vagal and sacral neural *** neural crest cells enter the foregut at embryonic day(E) 9.5, colonize the gut rostro-caudally and reach the terminal hindgut at *** neural crest cells enter the hindgut via pelvic ganglia at E13.5 and migrate caudo-rostrally within the *** dynamic migration of vagal and sacral neural crest cells within the distal hindgut has not been fully *** aim of the present study was to elucidate the migratory behaviors of vagal and sacral neural crest cells,and compare their migratory properties within the distal hindgut. Methods Pelvic ganglia and segments of the rostral 2/3 of the hindgut isolated from E12.5 GFP mouse embryos were isolated and used as sources of sacral and vagal neural crest cells *** were recombinated with another hindgut segment isolated from E11.5 ICR mouse embryos and cultured for three *** migratory behaviors were studied by time-lapse live cell confocal *** In contrast to vagal neural crest cells which migrated in chains, sacral neural crest cells always migrated along the nerve fibres extending from the pelvic *** neural crest cells were able to migrate into the hindgut segment from the ventral side of the distal hindgut,which is the normal entry site for sacral neural crest cells,but their migration distance was shorter than the distance of their rostro-caudal *** neural crest cells also could migrate rostro-caudally from the mid-part of the hindgut which is part of the normal migratory pathway of vagal neural crest cells,but their cell number was much smaller than that of vagal neural crest cells in the same *** Intrinsic cell migratory properties may be different between vagal and sacral neural crest cells in mouse embryos.
