Changes of TXA2 and PGI2 content and anticoagulative and fibrinolytic activity in the plasma in a rat model of topical FeCl3-induced carotid artery thrombosis

摘 要:Aim To investigate changes of TXA and PGI content and anticoagulative and fibrinolytic activity in the plasma in a rat model of topical FeCl-induced carotid artery *** Thrombi were induced by topical ferric chloride to left carotid artery in *** content of TXB and PGI(stabile metabolite of TXA and PGI),activity of t-PA,PAI-1,PLG,AT-Ⅲand PC in the plasma in the model of thrombosis were *** Occlusive thrombi were induced by applying FeCl(2.16 mol·L) to left carotid *** content of TXB was increased markedly (P0.05),t-PA/PAI-1 ratio reduced(PP0.05). Ticlopidine could inhibit thrombosis induced by ferric chloride,but it did not influence TXB and 6-keto-PGFαcontent and activity of AT-Ⅲand PC in the *** could enhance activity of t-PA in the plasma, it may be related to decrease of t-PA consumption by inhibiting thrombosis.
