摘 要：The rapid development of information technology and its penetration into applied fieldbring a great effect and motivation to the reform of management. A support platform of managementnetwork and integration of technology and management is set up. The characteristic and trend ofInformation Petrochemical Process Industry emerged by support of Information technology. Basedingon the setting of the above-mentioned, this paper researches the reasons, requirements and tendency oforganizational revolution, then put forward a new type of organization mode—core function-typeorganization mode and discusses the external environmental factors, internal impetus to fashion it andthinking method to establish *** the same time, discusses the relationship between the formation ofcore function-type organization mode and the formation of core competence, cooperating development,enhancing of sustainable international competitive advantage.
