摘      要：There are no effective preventive and treatment measures at present for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Thus its early diagnosis and treatment have an important scientific and social ***(VTN) is a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of many kinds of ***,with RNA interference technology to silence the expression of VTN in HepG2 and SMMC 7721 cells,we seek to elucidate the differences of growth characteristics between the cells and their VTN-silencing peers in vitro and in *** results indicate that VTN silencing do not affect the growth characteristics of HepG2 and SMMC 7721 cells,but could suppress the colonized growth on soft ***,VTN silencing can inhibit the volume and the weight of the grafted tumor on nude mice and decrease the intratumoral microvessel *** all,the results above indicate that VTN might play significant roles in the malignant growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
