摘 要：正This study was undertaken to assess the plasma pharmacokinetic profile of mangiferin（MF）,a major xanthone found in extracts from the dried rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Beg.（Zhimu in Chinese）.The main metabolites in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid（CSF）were identified by combining the accurate mass measurement of LC/TOF-MS and fragmentation
