Conventional IVF and ICSI for sibling oocytes in couples with moderate oligoasthenoteratozoospermia:a prospective randomized study

摘 要：Objective:This study was conducted to compare outcomes of conventional IVF and ICSI using sibling oocytes in cases of moderate ***:Sibling oocyte cumulus-corona complexes(OCCC)in cases of moderate oligoasthenoteratozoospermia were randomly inseminated either by conventional IVF or ***:A total of 1290 sibling OCCCs were collected in 76 cycles.64 of the 76 cycles resulted in fertilization both after IVF and ICSI,10 in fertilization after ICSI only and 2 in fertilization failure neither after IVF nor *** differences were found in sperm motility,progressive motility and total motile count(P0.05)afer preparation,while no differences were found in all of the sperm parameters before *** clinical pregnancy rate in the fertilization both after IVF and ICSI group was higher than the IVF fertilization failure group and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Performing ICSI on some oocytes of a cohort may avoid total fertilization failures in patients with moderate *** poor yield of the progressive motile sperm after sperm preparation seems to be as a predictor for fertilization failure after conventional IVF.
