摘 要:正Head-down bed rest(HDBR) is a simulation model for inducing physiological effects in a microgravity *** study measures multiple physiological parameters during HDBR and examines the possibility of using a cuffless pulse transit time (PTT)-based approach for measuring blood pressure continuously in such a *** subjects were recruited for a 60-day HDBR,during which they took part in a 30-minute vibration experiment once a *** results of this study show that heart rate(HR) and cuff blood pressure of the subjects generally increase over the 60-day *** beat-to-beat HR and PTT show a consistent phenomenon during each vibration session, suggesting that it is worth investigating using PTT as an estimate ofcontinuous BP in HDBR.
