Synthesis, Structural Characterization and Antibacterial Activities of N-halogen-Substituted Benzylidene Aromatic Amine

摘 要:Series of N-halogen-substituted benzylidene aromatic amine were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by NMR spectrum. Some crystal structures were refined through the SHELXL97 software processing. The results showed that trans-structure were the main products, which exhibited the C=N double bond was on the both sides of the aromatic rings in all compounds. The antibacterial activities were tested against gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria by MTT method. The results showed that these compounds had a certain antibacterial effect. Also according to anti-biological activities results, the inhibitory effects of these compounds were different, as for, the different substitution group on the both sides of the aromatic ring in the same location and the same substitution group on the both sides of the aromatic ring in the different location.
