摘      要：正 Object: Study human ICAM-1 gene polymorphisms that associate with outcomes of hepatitis B infection in Chinese Han ***: Using PCR-RLFP to detect ICAM-1 DNA single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） in different outcomes of HBV ***: we have tested the effects of SNPs for candidate genes encoding ICAM-1 in Han Chinese from the following groups: chronic hepatitis B, Hepatocellular carcinoma, liver cirrhosis and HBV clearance controls. In this preliminary analysis associations （p0.05） were observed for ICAM1-K469E for chronic hepatitis B （see table below）.
