摘 要:Objective In the mammalian brain,all of the sensory processes are strictly regulated by the higher center of brain,such as attention,emotion,motivation,and experience et al,which are essential for individuals to guarantee survival,promote reproduction and permit higher functions like learning and *** the olfactory system,the top-down regulated processing of olfactory information in the olfactory bulb is believed to play a crucial role in regulation of olfactory-related *** further understand the circuitry mechanism of the top-down regulated olfactory processing,we applied trans-synaptic tracing with two different neurotrophic viruses to retrograde label the neural network that innervate the olfactory bulb at mono- or multipl- synaptic *** To specifically label the neurons that directly innervate the olfactory bulb and piriform cortex,we injected recombinant rabies viruses that expressing GFP and RFP respectively,into the olfactory bulb and the anterior piriform cortex *** addition,we injected a recombinant pseudorabeis viruses expressing EGFP(PRV152) into the olfactory bulb,and specifically labeled the neural network that innervate the olfactory bulb at multiple synaptic ***(1) In the retrograde tracing with rabies virus,the neurons that retrograde labeled from the olfactory bulb were observed distributing in several regions in the olfactory cortex,especially in the anterior part;The neurons that retrograde labeled from the anterior piriform cortex broadly distributed in hippocampus,entorhinal cortex,cortical region of amygdale,and hypothalamus.(2) In trans-multiple synaptic tracing with PRV152,the labeled neurons distributed broadly in various regions beyond olfactory *** addition,the dopaminergic neurons in the Pvn,Arc and the dorsal lateral hypothalamus,were observed co-labeled with *** Neurotrophic virus mediated trans-synaptic tracing could effectively extract the connecting information of the int
