摘      要：In crustaceans, the source of yolk proteins has been the subject of controversy for several decades. Both extraovarian and intraovarian syntheses have been implicated. In the present study, total RNAs were isolated from ovary and hepatopancreas of shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis at different developmental stages including later multiplication oogonium stage, previtellogenesis stage,
