摘 要：Introduction:From April 1998 to January 2002 the transoral approach for the endoscopic assisted osteosynthesis of 24 dislocated condylar mandible fractures was performed in 45 patients using angulated drills and screw drivers. Material and Methods:Via a limited transoral incision 30° endoscopes(Karl Storzâ,Tuttlingen,Ger- many)and modified retractors were inserted for the reduction of condylar mandible fractures.9 fractures were condy- lar neck and 15 subcondylar fractures,7 fractures were displaced medially and 17 *** patients demonstrat-
