摘      要:The closed-form beam propagation equations of radial laser array are derived, where the Hermite-Gaussian mode is used to describe the beamlets. Numerical examples are given and illustrated. It is shown that the irradiance distribution of the resulting beam is dependent upon the phase-or nonphase-locked combination, initial field (mode structure) and number of beamlets. array geometry, and fill factor. 2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
