摘 要:Amides are one of the most ubiquitous and important functional groups in natural products and synthetic drugs. The research of forming methods for amide is of great significance. And also it is now a hotspot in the research of the synthetic method. Hypervalent iodine reagents due to its ready availability, low toxicity, easy handling, and reactivity similar to that of heavy metal reagents were used to the N-N, S-N or C-C bond formation, and provide a new strategy for organic ***, we describe a new method to synthesize varieties of functionalized amides in the presence of PIFA in moderate to good yields starting from hydrazides and nitriles.
