摘      要：正Objective To explore the association between mood disorder and polymorphism in the 3’untranslated region of 5-HTT gene in molecular genetics. Material and Methods The study selected mood disorder parent-offspring trios as research objects and investigated with self-editing family questionnaire according to Diagnostic Inve- stigation Genet Scale（DIGS） provided by Harvard University and adopting American Diagnostic Criterion DSM （Diagnostic and Manual of Mental Disorder 4th）and combing with some psychological rating tools to reach phenotypes consistency. Genomic DNA was isolated from 72 core pedigrees, sum to 222 family members
