摘      要:To investigate whether cAMP-dependent protein kinase(PKA)and/or Ca-calmodulin-dependent protein kinase(CaMKII)is/are involved in Rb and Rg-enhanced synapsinⅠphosphorylation and glutamate release in PC12 cells,differentiated or undifferentiated PC12 cells were incubated with Rb and Rg,following a 30-min pretreatment with or without H89,an inhibitor of PKA or W7,of calmodulin.
