摘 要:正The lethal rate were measured after Haematococcus pluvialis were treated by NTG with different *** survivors were cultivated for several generations,then some changes of growth rate,pigment content and ultrastructure of algaes had been *** result showed that even the lowerest concentration of NTG was lethal for ***,and more algaes died with increasing concentration,while moderate concentration of NTG was contribute to the positive mutation .The growth rate and astaxanthin amount were highest at a concentration of 2.5g/L,which was 0.389 and 1.86975 mg/L *** content in unit volume was improved slightly in lower concentration but reduced in higher concentration. Some organelles were damaged,such as cell membrane、mitochondria and chloroplast,etc.
