摘 要：High-spin states in Lu were populated by fusion-evaporation reaction Sm(F,4n) at 106MeV. The level scheme for Lu is established up to spin61/2 with the addition of about 20 new *** possible configuration of the updated bands are suggested by the experimental Routhians,alignments and B（M1）/B（E2） ratios.
