摘      要：正This paper firstly analyzes the importance and obstacle of knowledge sharing based on the features of knowledge-based service industry in terms of knowledge management. It provides knowledge sharing mechanism model in theory constructing from the respects of organization, culture, motivation mechanism and technology, etc. The paper perfects the research of knowledge management in knowledge-based service industry and offers helpful references for the improvement of service quality and efficiency.
