摘      要:正The TRN neurons showed significantly stronger responses to the pure-tone stimulus of the same frequency when it was presented as the deviant stimulus with low appearance probability than as the standard stimulus with high *** some MGB neurons also showed the deviance-preference,the deviance-detection index of TRN neurons was significantly greater than that of MGB neurons(0.321 vs 0.154).The functional implication of the deviance detection of TRN neurons was examined through their output target,MGB neurons,with a deviance paradigm before a probe *** this paradigm,14 MGB neurons were modulated with enhancement and 27 with suppression. Inactivation of the auditory TRN neutralized the deviance modulation effect on the *** modulation effects were *** detection likely enables TRN neurons to transiently deactivate surrounding TRN neurons in response to a fresh stimulus,causing both enhancive and suppressive effects on the auditory thalamus and resulting in attention shift.
