摘      要：正Purpose:Systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）is uncommon after the age of 50 years.Age at onset has been recognized as having a modifying effect on the clinical manifestations of SLE;thus,the elderly may constitute a specific SLE patient subgroup.Aim of this study was to examine the type and extent of clinical involvement and outcome in late-onset（LO-SLE）versus early-onset （EO-SLE）SLE.
