摘      要:A BSTO dielectric ceramic was prepared with the starting materials of SrTiO and BaTiO powders which were synthesized by hydrothermal *** morphology of the ceramic was observed with ***,Dielectric properties including the temperature and frequency dependence of dielectric constant,the dielectric loss,were *** results show that the samples can be sintered at 1120℃;the grain size is smaller than 3μm;the dielectric loss is 3.5×10 at 1kHz and is 2.0×10 at 1MHz;the Curie temperature is -2℃;the tunability is 15%under applying 1kV/mm dc bias field.
