摘 要：The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the relationship between library information service and E-learning Environment with the cooperation between librarians and faculties. The paper presents that librarians play a key role in E-learning, including linking library resources and services seamlessly in E-learning, affording information literacy education for students and affording training for faculties.
