摘      要：This article proposed the Leading enterprise is the main body of agriculture non-public technological innovation ,on the base of generalized analysis of agriculture non-public technological innovation characteristic. And discussed the game strategies choice of Leading enterprise and the potential entrant using payoff function. analyzed the equilibrium path that the Leading enterprise and the potential entrant promote the agriculture non-public technological innovation.
