摘      要:Recently, design thinking is applied as a creative method for problem solving in different fields. The research was held to figure out if the design thinking can help in developing the ego identities and future career exploration of the high school students. The importance of the adolescent identity formation was demonstrated with different theories, and the efficiency of an expressive education method had addressed by many scholars. The research deals with the case study of the program from the 36 th creative workshop held under the joint auspices of Korean Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity and Yonsei University. The theme of the workshop was Identity Design targeting high school students and their parents. The program was designed to educate students to find out their own identities and explore their potential career paths with the creative design thinking methods, a mind map and a persona design.
