摘 要：By the methods of documentary data,logistic analysis and practical teaching,this article attempts to analyze the practical value and the application of the monitorial system of college physical education,to offer resolutions for problems incurred,to help improve the consciousness and habits of body soundness of the college students,and to offer relevant theoretical and practical references.
