摘 要：I am very saddened by the news of Professor Wang Ren’s sudden death. Professor Wang hasbeen a shining example and a hero of mine as a teacher, a scientist, and a great patriot. Myadmiration of him was derived from my experiences as a student and as a scientst in later yearswho had the privilege to interact with him.
