The effects of Opuntia dillenii *** on treating fatty liver of hyperlipidemia rats

摘      要：The effects of Opuntia dillenii ***(OPS),which is one of the principal activation property of the Opuntia dillenii Haw.,on lipotropic were observed on hyperlipidemia rats in this *** hyperlipidemic fatty liver rats were induced through gavage with high fat emulsion for 10 *** was given to hyperlipidemie fatty liver rats through gavage for 28 ***,MDA content,the activity of SOD and HMG-CoA reductase in liver were exemined,and pathomorphology of liver tissue was *** a result,OPS could signifycantly got lower Liver index and liver lipid,OPS could significantly decrease MDA content and increase SOD activity in ***-CoA reductase activity was suppressed remarkably too. Moreover,OPS could improve antioxidative activity of hyperlipidemic fatty liver rats.
