摘      要:In the past three decades,molecular magnetic complexes continue to attract great research interest not only for the purpose of fully elucidating the nature of magnetic coupling,magneto-structural correlation,and some exotic magnetic phenomena but also due to their potential applications in high-tech fields.[1-3]Among of the all kinds of assembling segments used to synthesize magnetic complexes,manganese(Ⅲ)-salen(salen=N,N-ethylene-bissalicylideneiminate)complexes containing N2O2 equatorial salen-type ligands have been given much attention due to their facile preparation and large spin state(S=2)as well as the usually negative magnetic anisotropy of the central Mn(Ⅲ)ions.A crown contained chiral Schiff-base manganese(Ⅲ)complex has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and X-ray structure *** X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the cationic mononuclear manganese(Ⅲ)Schiff-base compounds are self-complementary through intermolecular O-H…O hydrogen bond interactions formed by coordinated aqua ligand from one molecule and the phenolic oxygen atoms from the neighboring one,giving supramolecular dimmeric *** also the help of the hydrogen bond interactions between the O atom of the cocrystallized crown molecule and that of the above dimmer,one-dimensional supramolecular chain structure can be formed.
