摘 要：With the release of No. 1 Document by the central government which focused on rural development by boosting demand, to invest in China’s rural area now sounds promising for a large Chinese conglomerate company. This report aims to analyze the key risks and opportunities of entering China’s rural market in accordance with the current economic, political, and social background. Based on the analysis, this report also gives possible entry strategy, short-term strategy and long-term strategy in some promising area based on the analysis.
