Effectiveness of lifestyle intervention for hypertension in Shanghai communities:the results from Shanghai hypertension detail management program(Shanghai DMaP)

摘 要：Objective community based multi-center randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of blood pressure control for hypertension patients in community by integrated *** 1 395 patients from 4 communities in urban Shanghai have completed follow up for one year,intervention group 921 and usual care group *** intervention programs included diseases management by care *** pressure of each patient was measured *** Compared with control group,the net change of mean SBP was -6.75(95%CI:-7.79～-5.71,P0.001) mmHg,mean DBP was -4.29(95%CI:-5.08～-3.49,P0.001) mmHg,and mean PP was -2.46(95%CI:-3.50～-1.43,P0.001) mmHg in intervention *** net change extent was larger in patients of pharmacological treatment regularly than in that of pharmacological treatment irregularly or non-pharmacological *** The measurements of integrated intervention for hypertension patients in community can lower significantly not only SBP and DBP,but also *** was suggested that measurements of integrated intervention can decrease risk of cardiovascular diseases in hypertension patients.
