摘      要：正Objective: To investigation that the action of protein kinases of PI-3K, MEK, ERK, AKT, and JNK induced by Panax notoginosides （PNS, extracted from notoginseng herb） in intracellular signal pathway of mitogen activated protein kinase （MAPK, mainly including ERK, JNK and P38 pathways）. Also observed Up-regulation of GATA, AP-1 and NFkB family transcription factors in order to explore the mechanism of proliferation and differentiation efficiency induced by PNS in hematopoietic cells.
