摘      要:正Objective A deal of evidence shows that 2 Hz electroacupuncture(EA) produces a significant increase in the content of enkephalin and endorphin of CNS in mediating *** emission tomography(PET) is an only real time method to studyμ-opioid receptors in vivo at *** purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 2 Hz EA on regional cerebral biodistribution of 11C-carfentanil in rats and to study whether 11C-carfentanil can be used as a tracer in small animal PET *** Biodistribution studies performed after intravenous 11C-carfentanil injection by weighing and radioactivity counting the samples of eight brain regions(cerebellum,hypothalamus,thalamus, hippocampus,striatum,cortex,midbrain,pons) in *** biodistribution results of control groups at the time point of 0 min,10 min,20 min,30 min and 60min and EA group at 30 min were presented as regional cerebral tissue/cerebellum radioactivity *** were scanned with small animal PET in list mode and the images of corresponding time points were reconstructed in 3D OSEM *** PET results were analyzed using region of interesting(ROI)/ cerebellum radioactivity *** Regional cerebral biodistribution in the rats showed a significantly higher uptake of 11C-carfentanil by the thalamus,hypothalamus and striatum than by the cerebellum,with hippocampus,cortex and midbrain showing middle *** regional cerebral tissue/cerebellum radioactivity ratio reached the peak at the time point of 30 *** with naloxone significantly reduced the uptake of 11C-carfentanil in the regions aforementioned.2 Hz EA significantly decreased tissue/cerebellum radioactivity ratio of hypothalamic nucleus(P = 0.031).The findings from small animal PET were consistent with the *** These results indicate that 2 Hz EA for 30 min can increase the content of enkephalin and endorphin in hypothalamus and suggest that 11C-carfentanil may be used as a tracer in res
