摘 要:正Brassinosteroid (BR) plays important roles in a wide range of plant developmental and physiological processes. Molecular genetic studies have shown that BR is perceived by the cell surface receptor-like kinase BRI1, and that the downstream signal transduction involves the receptor-like kinase BAK1, the GSK3-like kinase BIN2, and the nuclear transcription factors of the BZR family. BR binding to the extracellular domain of BRI1 activates the BRI1 kinase activity and induces BRI1-BAK1 dimerization and BAK1
