摘 要：正Electric fields and plasma drifts have been known to play dominant role in low-latitude thermospheric composition and dynamics and in the occurrence of highly dynamic ionospheric plasma irregularities. Low-latitude ionospheric electric fields and currents are often strongly disturbed during the periods of enhanced geomagnetic activity.
