摘 要：The species diversity of yeasts inhabited on soil,leaves and mushrooms were investigated on mountain area in Taiwan during ***-five hundred and thirty-seven strains of the yeasts studied in this report were isolated from 860 samples of soil,leaves and fruiting body of mushrooms distributed on mountain area in *** the isolates were selected by PCR- fingerprinting with primers M13 and(GTG),and the isolates from the same clone will not be repeatedly *** of the selected yeast strains were identified based on fermentation,morphological and biochemical *** 3,537 strains of yeasts were classified into 57 genus and 557 species based on the traditional and molecular *** found the yeast flora showed significant diversity in soil,leaves and mushrooms,respectively.
