摘      要:正尿激酶受体(urokinase receptor,uPAR)又称CD-87,是一种糖基化的表面膜蛋白,以其C末端糖基化磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定在膜上。它能够表达于包括白细胞、内皮细胞、血管光滑细胞、成纤维细胞、滋养层细胞及各种肿瘤细胞的表面。尿激酶受体能够和包括尿激酶(纤溶酶原的主要激活物之一)在内的多种细胞外的分子相互作用,
