摘      要:正Isolation of two kinds of subprotoplasts via ultracentrifugation in discontinuous sucrose gradient was conducted from Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc.). Cytoplasts were successfully obtained when embryogenic protoplasts of Satsuma mandarin was centrifugated for 20 min at 38000 rpm at 25℃. DAPI staining did not detect nuclei that were present in normal protoplasts. The cytoplasts were 23.2 μm in size and their viability ranged from 75% to 85%.
